Cutting tower-cap logs in a plant bag makes the stack invisible

Issue Description:

A stack of tower-caps turns invisible when you try to cut them while inside a plant bag.

What did you expect to happen:

To be able to cut the top tower-cap and go downwards in the stack.

What happened instead:

The whole stack goes invisible, and cant be cut until you open that inventory again.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

Invisible items, including the open space in the inventory, are confusing and bad.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Get a plant bag.
2. Harvest 2 or more tower-caps.
3. Put the tower-cap logs in a plant bag.
4. Use a cutting tool on the stack of tower-cap logs while in the plant bag.

When did the problem start happening:

Noticed it today 05.08.2022.
