Jaws of life in an advanced toolbelt appear behind the toolbelt on first load

Issue Description:

Jaws of life on the front of the belt, is somehow also behind it, only happens on the first time its loaded in.

What did you expect to happen:

for it to look like this

What happened instead:

its not

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

Its a bug, recently caused too

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. load full advanced toolbelt by joining as CE, or an advanced engineering ERT
2. use your eyes
