Wrenching a newscaster frame while its on the ground gives only 2 metal back

Issue Description:

Newscaster frames cost 7 metal and 4 glass to make, it only gives back 2

What did you expect to happen:

For the newscaster frame to not be deconstructed by wrenching because it is printed in the autolathe

What happened instead:

2 metal given, frame destroyed

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

law of conservation of energy

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. print newscaster frame from autolathe
2. apply wrench to newscaster frame

When did the problem start happening:

Unknown, likely always

While its good that you probably cant exploit this, its still annoying to lose out on so many materials
