Malf AI cyborgs don't know the objectives of their AI

Issue Description:

When cyborgs are connected to a malf AI, they get the 0th law to accomplish the AI's objective at all cost.

They have no idea what those objectives are.

What did you expect to happen:

For them to be notified of the AI's objectives, both in the chat and them being added to their notes.

What happened instead:

They spawn in as a cyborg, then go ;b ai what are your objectives.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

It makes no sense that they sync with the AI and yet they are not given this information.

It is also prone to backfire, one mistyped binary chat and the whole cover is blown.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Have malf AI
2. Spawn in as a cyborg

As a stop gap for this. You can commuicate with different channels by typing ".B" and you will not accidently broadcast on general comms.
