Pictures of blue space tiles are animated despite it being a photo.

Issue Description:

When you take a picture of a bluespace tile the photo item will display a flicker like the bluespace tile despite it being a photo.

What did you expect to happen:

For it not to be animated.

What happened instead:

It was animated

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

Immersion breaking.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Have a camera Take a picture of bluespace tiles Leave the photo item on the ground or in your hand watch the photo flicker

You can take a photo of anything animated and the icon_state will show a small version of the animation. This applies to stuff like singulos and teslas too.
