Roundstart "declare ready" window doesn't close

Problem Description: The roundstart window with declare ready / setup char etc doesn't automatically close.

What did you expect to happen: For it to close after you spawned in

What happened instead: It did not and you have to restart to close it

Why is this bad/What are the consequences: It's in your face

Steps to reproduce the problem: Declare ready Start game Observe window not being closed once you spawn in

Possibly related stuff (which gamemode was it? What were you doing at the time? Was anything else out of the ordinary happening?): Reported by several people on discord Possibly caused by #10126 ? Doesn't appear to affect late joining.
