Bugfix for the action sync stuff

I'm not filling out all your stupid form shit. These are the changes needed in the client so the api can do stuff in sync with the client. Didn't actually test any of this code, so idk if it even compiles.

I think someone gave an example of how this works somewhere but I can't find it. From my understanding this 'syncs actions' such as, for example, interactions from a script happen after packets are read?
