Submit Button on Daily Reoccurring Standup Doesn't Always Activate

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser: Chrome v113.0.5672.64 (4 users) / Edge v120.0.2210.91 (2 users) / Firefox v115.0.3 (1 user)

Acceptance Criteria (optional)

Users cannot:

• Cannot always click and submit their Daily Standup update in one shot. They must refresh their web-browser for the changes to take, button is visible but performs no action when clicked. We've done our best to troubleshoot, but it only happens a couple of times a week, not every single form interaction. Also, not all users have seen this. Primarily seems to be off-shore teams located in Pakistan.

Triage is performed to find the root cause of the bug, timeboxed to ~1 hour.

Estimated effort: 1 hour to triage. More if root cause is already identified.
