Refresh required during Group phase

Growth team had a meeting where a refresh was required. If this is happening for us, it's probably happening for others. No fatal errors were hit. We should get in front of this or at least add some visibility so we know when it happens.

During our Growth Retro today multiple people had to refresh the page to during our grouping phase. Last week I was in a demo and the button to create a custom template wasn't working, but later after the meeting I refreshed the page and it did work.

It was during the Group phase. We used Suggest Groups and also Spotlight, and also just had a lot of cards flying around, so I assumed it was due to how much was going on.
