Invoices have also been requested by this customer 🔒 and this user 🔒 that mentioned specifically:

I talked to my Accounting dept. and it won’t be possible to settle cost based on such document.

Proper Invoice should clearly indicate:

Issuing company with all the address details etc.

Invoice recipient (incl. name, address, TAX ID etc.)

Is there a possibility to customize the Invoice (manually) or below mentioned example/template is the only document?
