Jira Server/Data Center integration doesn't appear in Task Card view

Users with Jira Server/Data Center integration enabled cannot see the option to turn integration on from the "Push to Integration" button on a task. See Slack thread 🔒

I replicated with this user and team 🔒 and with Jira Server enabled and was unable to see the Jira Server integration pop up.

We should add the option for Jira Server, if it is enabled for the team
