Sometimes for obscure reason the state get corrupted

Try uninstall extension then reboot and check is MS is still listed as installed

You installed previous version from git?

@TwistedPaper3 can you then remove ` /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions/material-shell@papyelgringo` folder and then reboot and check no material-shell extension is present?

It's still wierd that you have a lot of extensions logging this but yeah the next step is to try to reinstall from gnome website
