Add 'scalable/actions' directory to icon theme.
And update 'Directories' list to fix issue #4125: 'actions/view-app-grid-symbolic.svg' 'Show Apps' icon blurry. I wonder if adding a new directory is contrary to the desired structure for this project, which is something I currently do not understand.
install.sh NOTE: I have tested it using this modified installation script where "PapirusDevelopmentTeam" is replaced with "RosemaryKoshy".
EDIT: I understand that adding scaled icons may be contrary to your policies after having done further reading. Would you prefer I add additional .svg sizes for this particular icon, which is very prominent in GNOME 3? I am merely trying to draw the attention of more experienced devs to this matter which affects multiple users of this theme, and possibly most GNOME 3 users.
