Add Whatsapp Web PWA Symlinks

There is an icon for WhatsApp Web; however is not being applied to the PWA installed by Google Chrome.

  • App Name: WhatsApp Web

The generated desktop file points to the icon chrome-hnpfjngllnobngcgfapefoaidbinmjnm-Default. I saw in other issues that the Brave uses brave- prefix for the icon; maybe the syslink for Brave should also be created.
