[Icon request] Loading icon on a large image dimension

Loading icon on a large image dimension.

I notice when i open a picture with a large dimension "18,000 × 14,400" a black loading icon appears until the full photo open. Screenshot_20240916_071553 I thought it firstly as a part of Papirus, but once tested it with stock Breeze. I see that it is like that from Breeze, and probably a missing icon in the Papirus?

I use theme leaf-dark, git clone papirus

Is it possible to place a icon such like the link below? https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/issues/3477#issuecomment-1721316219
