freeCAD icon redesign

freeCAD have changed its icon and i thought that the actual freeCAD icon for papirus is a bit lazy. i made a new one so: freecad papirus (no shadow) freecad papirus

i took a look at the contributing page but can't find a way to do it. i keep on trying.
