Some applications in Linux Mint don't have minimize maximize close buttons themed

For some applications in Linux Mint with default Mint-Y theme and Papirus applied, the minimize, maximize & close buttons are not themed with Papirus icons, but on other applications they are themed, which causes inconsistency.
