A folder icon for folder-podcast exists in Breeze using the RSS symbol https://github.com/KDE/breeze-icons/blob/master/icons/places/64/folder-podcast.svg

Could one be created for Papirus please?

Your link is broken, but I'm bumping as it's been a year. I would attempt it myself if I knew how this project organized everything. The icon exists in more than just that folder, so I'm sure they have some automating tools to do it.

Edit: The only icon I can see missing from that repo is folder-podcast-symbolic. Edit: I've attempted to log in to the KDE GitLab to create a new Issue to add that, but it's not working for me. Logging in on invent.kde.org works, though. Will try again later. Edit: Apparently I don't have access to Invent, just bugs.kde.org, must've assumed I did with a KDE Identity account. Brain fart on that. I created a Bug Report for the original repository. Edit: As of July 12, KDE upstream "bug" (missing icons) has been assigned to someone to address. Once that's done and rolled out, we should be able to get an automation here. :)
