Pager Window Outlines missing

Since the latest release, the plasma pager doesn't show any window outlines (both on active/inactive desktops). I wondered if this change was on purpose?

this can only be a bug.

  1. no other dark theme has this issue.
  2. when hovering with the mouse cursor you can briefly see the rects (and app icon).
