[FEATURE REQUEST] Button to retry failed updates in Library Updater

Describe the feature

The title says it all. Ex. If 7 out of 315 series fail to update and the other 308 are successful, add a button to open another Library Updater for only the 7 failed series. If there are 0 fails, leave the button grayed out.

Feature Motivation

Sometimes sources are unreliable and fail just a few series, but update properly if you just refresh it again. This would be easier than searching by hand for each fail and refreshing them manually. If you forgot to do the Cloudflare bypass, you could also use the button to update that source after bypassing. It would be very convenient and doesn’t seem too complicated.
