[BUG] No scrollbar on lists of chapters

Describe the Bug

There is no scrollbar on chapter lists when you open a manga. From what I can tell, this is the only scrollable page in the app that doesn't have a scrollbar, leading me to believe it's unintended.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a manga to view the list of chapters
2. As you scroll, notice the lack of a scrollbar appearing on the right of the screen as it does as you scroll on other pages.
