Describe the feature

Fix reading loading issue

Have chapter always load in beginning of chapter so don't get black loading screens while scrolling.

Option to toggle 0.7 Legacy Reader as did not have this loading issue

Feature Motivation

In 0.8 get black loading screens mid chapter, interrupts reading experience. Sometimes is just loading & sometimes is something like 55732/121688 - 45.8%.

Is worse on some series than others. If you naturally read fast, then affects most series.

0.7 Legacy loaded everything at beginning of the chapter, so never had lag in middle. Never had transition issues too. Would rather have chapter take a bit more time to load whole chapter before starting, then have it load in middle.

Maybe having option to hide the chapter pages would load faster. Legacy 0.7 didn't show chapter pages, 0.8 reader does. Find that's main difference, in 0.8 could skip to a specific page, Legacy 0.7 had to scroll to a page, but never had mid chapter loading.
