[BUG] Weird/laggy behavior when dealing with really big entries

Describe the Bug

It takes a while to load chapters, sometimes it doesn't properly update reading progress/"new" status and also takes longer than normal to load a chapter.

By "really long entries" I mean a 3586 chapter manhua called Martial Peak.

Steps to Reproduce

Just try to read a multi-thousand long entry, like the one I mentioned. I'm reading it from ManhuaPlus.

And it may or may not lag other aspects of the app when doing something, not sure.

E.g. I marked all chapters as unread and then as read and went back to library after it's done. The entry still had a new chapter and other manga were still loading. After a little time/entering another manga and going back, everything was fine.
