Describe the feature

Currently, if you so much as skip the cover page for a manga, it's automatically treated as read. We could avoid this, probably without too much work since you already store the chapter progress.

Feature Motivation

This behavior is especially annoying when you have unread manga grouped at the top.

You read 2 or 4 pages of a new chapter, leave and when you come back you have to scroll (sometimes a lot to find it)
