[BUG] Update All Titles Stalls On 284 Each Time

Describe the bug I just upgraded to 0.8. When I fetch updates for all tiles, the refresh for MangaDex stalls on 284/473, while the other sources keep updating. It will stall no matter how long I wait. I can cancel the update and go back to the homescreen.

Is this a limitation in the number of titles I can update from one source, or is there one glitched title in my library somewhere? Is there a way to figure out which one?

To Reproduce Pull down in my library to update all titles.

Expected behaviour Update without hanging on 284.

You're most likely hitting a rate limit on the source

I tested it by making three collections each with 1/3 of my mangadex collection, and updating them each individually. It worked, but it would be nice not to have to update that way in the future.
