[BUG] AniList Tracker Error on new Update

When I try to add tracker on a Manga title, no title shows up. Even if I type in a random title or keyword no title shows up. Instead, the AniList appears when you try to add sources on a manga title or even just search for a title to add manga to your collection.

To Reproduce Go to a Manga title and click add tracker on the page.

Expected behaviour Manga Title for AniList will appear on the tracker
