[BUG] Rendering bug in search interface (incorrect source name)

Describe the bug Searching a title that exists on multiple sources was showing the wrong source name for the one in use (LuminousScans being shown as MangaHere). Scrolling past and back up again temporarily resolved it, but refreshing search results made the issue return. The issue subsides completely on app restart or new search (even for same query).

To Reproduce Before this occurred, the MangaHere extension was saved to library. I searched for Wind Breaker, then from the results, removed MangaHere from my library and added LuminousScans to my library. Refreshing the search results after this causes the bug to surface/resurface if it has been temporarily resolved by scrolling past and back up.

Expected behaviour Source should be LuminousScans in search results.
