[REQUEST] marker or indicator for manga already save in your library

Description Can you please add an indicator or marker to mangas that are already save in your library? It would save alot of time whenever you try to search on the sources for new manga. So maybe a check marker or graying it out would indicate that manga was already save in your library instead of having to click it just to know that information.

How would it improve the App? It would save alot of time and skip immediately while searching for new manga.
