[BUG] All manga Search hangs while typing

When searching all manga in 0.8 it seems to freeze stutter as you type

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Searching a large library with global search it freezes

Expected behaviour A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Should just smoothly filter like in 0.7

App Version Eg: v0.2-wip.3.1

v0.8 r43 iPad Pro (11-inch) (4th generation) (iOS 16.4)
