[REQUEST] Filter Chapters By Groups (Preferred Groups Selection)

Description An option which, based on the available groups (already present in Group Priority), allows the user to select their preferred groups a will only show chapters from the selected groups.

How would it improve the App? Totally opinionated here, but by easily allowing preferred groups selection on the chapter list, will improve users ability to their treasured content from their beloved (or supported) groups. It will be specially useful when downloading multiple chapters.

Additional context I understand this differs from #242 mainly because instead of blocking a particular set of groups, this feature will allow to quickly filter the chapters in app.

Also, if someone could explain what "Hide Other Groups" in Group Priority does, that would be awesome, as the name expresses little about the intend and expected behavior here.
