[REQUEST] Create a reader tab in the settings to be able to globally modify reader settings

Description Before using Paperback I was using Tachiyomi which is not available on iOS. So I found Paperback which is GREAT but: I seem to be unable to find any setting tab to modify the reader for every manga that gets added. Sure there exist the reader tab for each manga but the "Global" button seem to be useless as it doesnt modify anything.

How would it improve the App? It would make it easier to furtherly customize the reader, especially if you are reading only manga/manwha.
