[BUG] After creating a new Collection the plus icon stays

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce

• Open the Library
• Tap on Edit
• Click on Add Item
• Tap on Done
• See the small plus icon stay

Expected behavior After exiting the Edit State, the plus icon should disappear completely
