[REQUEST] Regarding mass marking chapters as read

Description When mass selecting chapters to mark them as read, the page numbers are defaulted to page 1.

How would it improve the App? Since the chapter is read, it makes more sense that the page number is the final page instead of the first. However, I can see that the app might be slow in doing that since it will have to retrieve the chapter details of every chapter. So instead, the app can show light grey for chapters that have been read. And show the page numbers only for chapters that are still being read. This way there is also less information that has to be displayed on the screen, giving the app a cleaner look.
