[REQUEST] Improve Tap Navigation's Scroll Behavior

Description Similar to MangaDex's reader, have the tap navigation's behavior be to immediately skip to the next portion of the screen. Being able to continuously tap to see the next portion of the page without having to see the scroll animation and the page move would be amazing.

How would it improve the App? Currently the scroll animation takes up a lot of time, and it also scrolls down a page much more than it should. Seeing the motion of the scroll is distracting and for someone with motion sickness, it makes reading webtoon (with it's extremely long pages) a tough experience.

If possible I would prefer if the current animation played at 2x or even 3x speed instead of completely removing the scroll animation. But this would drastically improve the reading experience for me.
