[REQUEST] Reader Bounds & Scrollbar Improvements

Description

• The reader should have bounds that stop at the top/bottom/sides of the manga panel.
• The scroll bars should have an option to be disabled.
• There should be a option of configuring the default zoom level for double taps.

How would it improve the App? This would make zooming in to read a lot easier since users won't over scroll or have distracting scroll bars. Configurable zoom level means more customizability and will be beneficial for devices with different screen sizes.
