[BUG] Read now button bug for merged sources

Describe the bug Clicking the "Read Now" button and choosing any source on a item in the library that has multiple sources consistently opens the first chapter of the manga from that source, not the next chapter, as it should and does on library items with only one source.

To Reproduce Go to or create a library item with multiple sources, read a couple chapters/ mark them as read, exit out of the chapter, push read now button for the manga, pick the source you read from, and it will open the first chapter.

Expected behaviour When I press the "Read Now" button, I expect it to open the chapter that I am reading, or the next chapter, not always the first chapter.
