[REQUEST] Download Chapters Error Out - Retry by Adding to End of Queue Once Automatically

Have the default behavior on chapter downloads that error out be to retry by removing it and adding it to the end of the queue

How would it improve the App? How would the feature improve the app?

Sometimes the Download of the Chapter doesn't complete and is left in an imcomplete state, to improve the experience it would be ideal to automatically remove this and send it to the end of the queue to retry at least once after which a user can trigger a manual attempt if there are serious issues with the source.

This would add a little peace of mind to likelihood of there being missing or incomplete chapter downloads.
