Correct some legacy/typo in javadoc Most important changes is the deprecation of the setSwimming method for all entities, the cancellation of the EntityToggleSwimEvent, ~the ocelot_baby spawn reason and the shouldGenerateBedrock~ (beaten by upstream, again) method These features has been either removed by spigot due to mojang changes or simply doesn't work. I'm okay to remove theses deprecation notice when theses features are re-implemented by spigot or paper ? But for now the developers should be aware of that.

I was going to try to rebase this but I had a brain fart, upstream also looks to have touched one or two of these

Yes, same i can't rebase it actually, i will remake the branch
