More Raid API

Adds a getter for the ID to track raids across multiple events. (A new CraftRaid instance is created on each "get" of one) Also adds PDC to raids.

  • [x] override equals() and hashCode() in CraftRaid
  • [ ] test

Would it also make sense to add PDC to DragonBattle? Since it's similar to raids.

Rebased for 1.19.4 and updated to include a getter for the BossBar associated with the raid.
