healthy maps converts into "unknown map"

Expected behavior

The map created by the player lives forever and happily

Observed/Actual behavior

Players report that cards often break and become "unknown cards"

Steps/models to reproduce

i do not have 100% repro, but maps often breaks in time, maybe hard reset is trigger (server power lost)

I have this problem over year, folia runs on 1.21.0, 1.21.1, 1.21.4 and 1.21.8 - problem not solved by updates... But today i see this stack trace of error first time. I think this issue is possibly related to this one. Hoping to see this be addressed soon by the developers as it's very frustrating.
