i tried everything but still, seem like nitrox only working well without living large version

I have experienced the same issue, I believe the current build is bugged and requires an update from the project maintainer.

I've released a new version; you need to use the June 2025 (82304) version of Subnautica. If you can, try it and see if the bug is fixed.
