Rover flies hundreds of thousands of kilometers up in the air upon moving

I have a craft on Duna that I need to move but everytime I try to, it will lift indefinitely, until I try to move it with the hotkeys, which is when it gets shot multiple orders of magnitude into deep, deep space.

There is a known bug when using the new scanner arms, if this part is removed everything works fine
