Vessel morphed on spawn

I recently created a jet plane for BD armoury, and for the first few attempts, spawning in the vessel with vessel mover worked. However, after about 5 launches, the vessel started to spawn weirdly with it's fuselage offset forward. When I place it, it nosedives, and the vtol engines crash into the ground. Does anyone know why or has it happened to anyone else. Pictures coming soon. Craft file: J-5.zip
