I got CKAN to work and it works fine

i got it fixed (used 1.9.1 version) but i cant get the weapon manager and cant use most of the weapons ;-;

Use it. Thats the only advice i can give. It makes importing mods 100x easier for KSP. I'd vouch for it greatly and im sure others will too. Sorry for necroing btw.
