Parts won't load

KSP: 1.9.1

BDA: 1.3.3.0

OS / ENVIRONMENT

OS: Windows 10 home

SUMMARY

When I try to load KSP it keeps hanging on the BDA parts

I suggest to take a look to the closed issues. I'm sure that you will find similar issues already solved.
