SUMMARY

when the ksp has initialized a msg saying Huston we have a problem says: unfortunately, tweakscale has found 2 fatal error in ksp installment it also says that it will corrupt my save files soon

it could be a new incompatible issue with the tweakscale I am not sure but because it threw errors only on bdarmory parts I report it here just to let you know

This might be caused by something wrong in the BDArmory/MMPatches/BDA_TweakScale.cfg. You can try experimentally deleting it and seeing if it resolves your issue. (Please let us know if it does).

Alternatively, it could be the result of something going wrong with one of the mod patches being applied to the radar.
