Can't switch to fullscreen mode from window mode unless refrash rate is set to 60hz or lower

As the title says.

Trying to switch to fullscreen from window mode simply does nothing once applied if the refrash rate is set above 60hz in the same menu settings.

Try setting the same refresh rate for desktop and game. That worked worked for me, anyway.

Also, if you are using a higher DPI scaling than 100%, go to the game EXE's file properties, compatibility tab, and set the DPI scaling to Application. Otherwise, this game will not run at the full resolution because it applies the DPI scaling percentage to it. That's a common bug of the SDL engine.

I already am. There's no difference. Also, I shouldn't have to fuss around with a hundred settings to get this to work. Bugs should be fixed, not made excuses for.
