I think this display is not using a standard EXP interface. I would change that display if I were you. I see various problems with other boards too.
This was an error in Marlin, download the latest bugfix, it works now.
In my case I had to set the jumper to USBPWR and also connect it to a USB powered hub, I guess it needed more power. Keep that in mind.
