Incompatible with Immersive Portals

Load into a world with Immersive Portals (the forge version) and sodium installed and it will fail to load. This is a known issue with fabric sodium as well, this fork (https://github.com/qouteall/sodium-fabric) makes them work together. Is it possible to implement that fix into this?

I will try to port it but this is bit tricky for me because im no java dev and og dev of this forge port is on hiatus

That's not the Forge ports problem. Sodium is incompat with Immersive Portals.

From what I've seen sodium recently became compatible with immersive portals or their is a fork that is compatible with immersive portals. So if this fix were ported to forge it would work, but I don't know how difficult that would be to do. I did try to implement it myself but I don't know much about how Minecraft's code works so I wasn't able to do much.
