This validation can also be done locally in Firefox with the development tools. Open with Ctrl+Shift+C and choose the tab HTML validator.
For me alternative CDNs are no longer a wish. @greyli of neither for you, you can close thus issue.
When supporting CDN for Bootswatch, still offer to use Bootswatch included in Bootstrap-Flask, e.g. for offline development.
